Danielle Khoury was born and currently resides in Texas. From as early as she can remember she was drawn to creating. She has stacks of filled sketchbooks from when she was in grade school. When she started college, she was introduced to photography and instantly fell in love with staged/concept based imagery. She graduated with a BFA and later a MFA from Texas Woman’s University where she had the honor of studying under Susan kae Grant.
Her work began with staged self portrait imagery, but transitioned into a focus on motherhood and childhood after having children. She creates digital paintings using her photographs as a base. To see more of her process visit her instagram @daniellekhouryart
